Timothy O'Connell, President
Timothy H. O’Connell is a founding partner of The Glendale Group and has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He offers a depth of expertise in many diverse areas, and has held positions of progressive responsibility in subcontracting, procurement, construction management, project controls, estimating and site supervision.
O’Connell received his bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass.
Prior to The Glendale Group, he served as a project manager at Bovis Lend Lease, one of the world’s leading project management and construction companies. He has also served as project engineer and project manager at other Boston-area construction firms.
At The Glendale Group, O’Connell is known for his versatility and flexibility in accommodating client needs. He has successfully managed projects ranging from $50,000 office fit-ups to large-scale $300 million office and research facilities. He specializes in developing unique construction delivery methods to meet each client’s specific goals.
Nichols B. Hall, Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager, Nick brings a strong technical background to The Glendale Group through his education and practical experience. Nick has a degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Nick has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry from working as a carpenter, surveyor, soils engineer, superintendent and project manager on both high-rise commercial and luxury residential projects. Managing TGG's Construction Supervisors, Nick is able to effectively manage, estimate, buyout and run projects of varying size and complexity.
Jarrett Bridge, Manager of Operations
Manager of Business Operations, Jarrett's customer service and business operations experience spans back 17 years to his early days of working in a family owned country general store. Jarrett began his career in the commercial real estate industry nine (9) years ago when he was hired as a Real Estate Representative for a regional supermarket chain headquartered in New England. After spending 2 1/2 years in New England, he became the Manager of Real Estate for a national retailer based in Phoenix, AZ. Jarrett's unique work experiences have allowed him to be involved in all aspects of the design/build process; whether acquiring properties and negotiating leases or meeting with developers, design teams, and town officials.
